•  Weather, holidays, customs or other factors might delay shipping , please understand I do not have control over shipping once it leaves my hands. Some orders can take over 6 weeks to arrive, although the majority arrives within 2 weeks of being shipped.

• ​Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

• Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

• Request a cancellation within:  6 hours of purchase

 

 

• Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Please email us in advance to let us know that you will be returning items, prior to sending them back to us.

• Refunds will be released once the returned items have been inspected. The original shipping and handling fees will " not be refunded with your return. The " buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for items.

NO RETURNS :

• Return of used items will not be accepted.

 

 DAMAGE ITEMS :

 

•  If the item arrives damaged I'll offer a replacement if photo proof is provided or if you ship the item back to me Ill offer a refund. Please contact me within 14 days after item received. I can also fix items at no extra charge, other than shipping charge.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS :

 

• In the unexpected case that you do not received what you have ordered (either in style or color) you can return it to me and I'll ship the correct item (I'll refund original postage fee)

LOST ORDERS :

 

• It is rare that an order gets lost but if your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of shipping date I'll re-ship it, unless the items are no longer in stock (in this case I offer refunds). I appreciate your patience while waiting for the package, sometimes takes a long time if it is held in customs (6 or more weeks) - you should always contact your local post office.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS :

 

• Make sure your Account address is correct, I am not responsible for lost orders shipped for incorrect address. If your package is returned due to incorrect address I can ship it again upon postage payment. 

 

CANCELLATION :

 

• You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. I will not cancel orders that were already shipped or custom requests.
