WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

 

Gold Filled & Stainless Steel 

 

  • Our Gold filled and Stainless Steel Collection  they're high quality and can last a lifetime with care! Some of our necklaces are vermeil 24k gold filled , 18k gold plating over Stainless Steel you can find that listed under the necklace or earrings details. Vermeil is also very high-quality, and you will not have to worry about tarnishing.

The Rest of the collection 

 

  • Are made of high quality gold plating or silver tone, our pendants , charms, and jewelry finding are mostly made of European Designer Quality metal and plating , we also use semi precious gemstones, Glass seed beads of different sizes and shapes,  different types of sustainable materials as natural Seashells, Freshwater pearls and stones, macrame , silk and nylon cords.

DOES YOUR JEWELRY HAVE NICKEL?

​

  • Our gold filled and stainless steel jewelry does not have nickel and is hypoallergenic, meaning that anyone with metal allergies can wear them!

  • The rest of our Jewelry collection are also nickel, lead and cadmium free . But we suggest that you do not purchase it if you or the recipient has a severe metal allergy. 

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

 

For the Gold Filled  and Stainless Steel Jewelry you can follow these instructions to increase your jewelry's longevity & luster:

  • Wipe your jewelry after each wear with a soft, gentle cloth.

  • Store your jewelry in a sealed zip bag when not in use.

  •  Avoid direct contact with water, other liquids, or body products 

  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering/bathing, exercising, sleeping or
    before applying any body cream or lotions, oils or perfume .

  • If your jewelry is looking dull, you can polish it right up with a polishing cloth!

  • To clean them, wash with lukewarm water and unscented soap. 

 

For the rest of our jewelry collection you can follow these instructions to increase your jewelry's longevity & luster:

Attention ( gold plated and silver tone jewelry will tarnishing with the time !)

 

  • Keep your jewelry dry , so your jewelry will last longer without tarnishing 

  • Avoid direct contact with water, other liquids, or body products

  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering/bathing, exercising, sleeping or

  • before applying any body cream or lotions, oils or perfume .

 

CAN I SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY?

 

  • Yes , gold filled  and stainless steel jewelry can withstand normal wear and tear from showering and sleeping in it ,although if you do not, it will increase your jewelry's longevity & luster.

 

There are a few exceptions to this, however. 

. 

  • Anything that is gold plated or silver plated should not be in contact with water. This includes the rest of our collection except Gold Filled Jewelry and Stainless Steel.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

 

  • All Jewelry will arrive in a specially packed and is ready do give it as gift  .

 

  • The jewelry will arrive inside a clear zip locked bag on a quote A6 jewelry card for additional protection. The Most Items are all ready gift wrapped in packing paper and It will be mailed in a bubble wrap envelope.

 

  • If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the note to Moon of Steel Jewelry during checkout. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

 

  • We have a processing time of 1-5 business days, although it is usually on the shorter side. During holidays, our processing time will be increased due to the increased volume of orders. You can find more info in our Shipping & Return Policy  page.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • This service is estimated to take between 1 till 3 days to the Netherlands 

  • Estimated to take between 1 till 4 weeks to the USA

  • Estimated to take between 2 days and 4 weeks withing EU

  • Estimated to take between 2 till 6 weeks in the Rest of the World

IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ITEM, CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN IT?

 

 

WHAT IF I GOT THE WRONG SIZE?

  •  MEASUREMENT Almost everything in my shop can be custom made , if you are not sure if your jewelry will fit , please leave a note in the comment box while ordering , with you exactly wrist, anklet or necklace length you like to have , size adjustments are completely free of charge by the time you order.

  •  If there's no request I'll ship the default size stated on the product description - it is the buyer responsibility to ask for custom made sizes. If the item does not fit you you can return it to me to be fixed and it will be shipped again upon postage payment.

 

I FORGOT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS ,WHAT DO I DO?

 

  • We can change your address if you message us within 24 hours. If you message us after, we may be able to change it, but it is not guaranteed as it may have already been shipped out. We try to work on our orders as soon as they are in!

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS ?

 

  • Custom orders are made as discussed and agreed upon via email conversations and are nonrefundable. Bulk quantities may be purchased as custom orders and are also nonrefundable. Please understand, as these projects can be very costly and time consuming. I am happy to do custom orders, however your purchase must be made before I make your bracelet. You will receive photos of your Jewelry for you to approve before I ship it. I will make changes as requested. Thank you for understanding this policy as a lot of work goes into custom design and I need to have a commitment (purchase) before I begin working on it.

 

Please note that the jewelry is handmade for you, upon your order, and I do not accept returns or refunds besides the situations stated above.

 

CAN I TRY YOUR JEWELRY ON IN STORE?

  • Unfortunately, we are currently 100% online. We may try to have stockists in the future though!

to be handmade especially for you!

and it is not suitable for infants or children under the age of 12.
